Lady Paladin Tennis Opens NCAA Play on Friday

GREENVILLE, South Carolina -

Furman's Lady Paladin tennis team will open the 2005 NCAA Tournament on Friday, May 13, with a 2:30 p.m. match against Clemson, the 11th-ranked team in the nation.

Furman brings a 22-3 overall record into the match, which will be played at the Hoke-Sloan Tennis Center in Clemson, S.C.  William and Mary will face Wisconsin in a 10:30 a.m. match. 

The second round contest between the winners of Friday's matches is slated for Saturday, May 14, at 1:00 p.m.
