Bornt-Davis has become Furman's doubles specialist. An injury has limited her action during her time as a Paladin. She is a very hard worker and would stay on the court longer if her body allowed. Bornt-Davis is a stong leader on the team with a very positive attitude.

Last season was Bornt-Davis' best year as the junior posted a 12-2 mark primarily at No. 3 doubles with partner Shannon Moore. The combo was 7-1 in SoCon action and was recognized on the All-SoCon second team. As a sophomore, Bornt-Davis saw little action because of injury, going 4-2 overall and 3-0 in the conference with a variety of doubles partners. Bornt-Davis and Moore were a perfect 8-0 in SoCon doubles in 2004, earning second-team all-league honors for their efforts.

Prep/Personal: In 2001, Bornt-Davis was named YAIAA Co-Player of the Year. She also earned the MSTA Sportsmanship award as a freshman at York Catholic. Bornt-Davis was York Catholic's salutatorian. Lisa is the daughter of John Davis and Marsh Bornt and was born on May 29, 1985. Her father played collegiate tennis at Penn State University. Bornt-Davis is majoring in health and exercise science.
