Suh Advances to Round of 32

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Rising Furman junior Jenny Suh (Fairfax, Va.) advanced to the round of 32 in the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship with a 5 and 3 victory over Tiffany Prats of Williston, Fla. on Wednesday.

Two match play rounds are scheduled to be completed on Thursday, with Suh facing Stephanie Ruiz of Edmond, Okla., in the morning competition.

After Thursday's matches only eight competitors will remain, and that number will be trimmed to two during two rounds of match play on Friday. The 36-hole championship is slated for Saturday at the 6,047-yard, par 71 Swopes Memorial Golf Course in Kansas City, Mo.
