Knoxville, Tenn. -- Blair Lamb carded an even par 71 and freshman Stefanie Kenoyer finished at one-over 73 to lead Furman (300-301=601) into 14th on day two of the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship Saturday at the Cherokee Country Club in Knoxville, Tenn.
Lamb (72-71=143) totaled five birdies on the round and made the turn at three-under par, but suffered two bogeys and a double bogey over the final four holes to finish three-over par on the back nine. The junior stands five strokes off the pace entering the final 18 holes.
Kenoyer (75-73=148) followed a first round 75 with a one-over par 73 on the strength of four birdies. The rest of the Lady Paladin lineup struggled on the par-71 layout with Corrine Carr posting a 78, Jaclyn Hilea a 79 and Ashley Baker an 80.
Florida (289-288=577) holds a five-stroke lead on the field entering the final round. Purdue and Arkansas are tied for second at 14 over par.
Final round action is slated for Sunday morning.
