GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Furman women's basketball team will head to Chattanooga Monday in their first Southern Conference road game of the season.

Chattanooga leads the series 32-20, and has won the last 10 games against the Lady Paladins. The two teams last met on Feb. 12 of 2007, when senior Jessica Lange set a new Furman record for single game blocks. Despite her seven blocks, Furman fell 64-48.

The Lady Paladins are coming off a 48-54 loss to Elon in the team's Southern Conference opener. Junior Katie Johnson recorded her second double-double of the season in the loss.

Furman is currently 3-5 overall and 0-1 in league play. Monday's game will take place in McKenzie Arena on the campus of UT-Chattanooga with an approximate tip-off time of 7:00 p.m.
