Nadalin Named Athlete of the Month

SPARTANBURG, South Carolina - Furman center Jen Nadalin, a 6-2 center from Guelph, Ontario, Canada, was named Southern Conference women's basketball Athlete of the Month for November, it was announced on Thursday.
Nadalin averaged 15.3 points and 5.8 rebounds per game during November, leading the Lady Paladins to a 3-1 start to the season. In addition, she shot 53.7 percent (22-of-41) from the floor, went 17-of-21 from the free-throw line and picked up a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds against UNC Asheville on November 26. She also collected nine points and seven boards in Furman's win over Clemson on November 30.
Nadalin, along with the rest of her Lady Paladin teammates, will host USC-Aiken on Saturday, Dec. 4, in a 12:30 p.m. game. Fans holding tickets to Furman's 3:30 p.m. I-AA football playoff game will be admitted to the women's basketball game for free.
