Lady Paladin Tourney Games Set For Broadcast

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - The Furman Lady Paladins will open their Southern Conference Tournament play Thursday night with a game against the winner of Wednesday night's Wofford-Western Carolina contest. Thursday's game, set to begin 30 minutes after the 5:00 contest, will be broadcast live on both WPJM 800AM and WFIS 1600AM in the Greenville, S.C. listening area.

Chuck Hussion, the voice of the Paladins, will provide commentary for Thursday night's game and all subsequent Lady Paladin tournament games.

Furman, 18-9 overall and 13-7 in the Southern Conference, enters the 2005 Kyocera Southern Conference Championships as the No. 3 seed in the women's bracket. Thursday's game will be played at McClellan Gym on the campus of UT-Chattanooga, with Friday's and Saturday's contests scheduled for McKenzie Arena.
