Chattanooga Game Set for Broadcast on WGOG-96.3 FM

GREENVILLE, South Carolina - The Jan. 22 game between the Southern Conference leading Lady Mocs of Chattanooga and the second place Furman Lady Paladins will be broadcast by WGOG - 96.3 FM. The feed will also be carried over the internet and can be accessed via the women's basketball page on www.furmanpaladins.com.
Coach Sam Dixon's Lady Paladin basketball team brings a 12-5 overall record and 7-3 league mark into Saturday's 1:30 p.m. tipoff. UTC enters the game with a 14-3 overall mark and 9-1 conference record.
Furman and Chattanooga played on Dec. 22, 2004, at McKenzie Arena. The Lady Paladins lost the 96-66 decision, but were hampered by the loss of senior forward Jen Nadalin, early foul trouble by point guard Tommi Paris, and an eye injury sustained by senior forward Katie Roach.
Saturday's broadcast team will be comprised of play-by-play analyst Chuck Hussion and color commentator Dr. Gary Clark, the Furman athletic director.
