Brooke Carrigan-Jackson is now in her fourth year as an assistant in Furman's basketball program, having joined the Lady Paladin basketball staff in 2006 after spending the 2005-06 season as an assistant coach at University of the Pacific.

Prior to her stint at Pacific, Carrigan-Jackson spent one season as an assistant coach at Southern Oregon University. Before the 2004-05 season, she played professionally in the Netherlands (2002-03) and in Germany (2003-04). Her first coaching experience came during the 2001-02 season as an assistant coach for University of Southern Colorado.

She played four seasons at Colorado Christian University, where she was a four time Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference all-star. She was recognized as an NCAA Div. II Bulletin All-American as a junior after averaging 22 points per game. She still holds career records at Colorado Christian in five different categories, including points (1,774), field goals made (653), and three-point field goal percentage (.363). She also holds four Cougar single season records, including points (570) and field goals made (206).

A native of Medford, Ore., she earned her bachelor's degree in art from Colorado Christian in 2001.
