If you are a Major Donor and have requested your tickets for the 2017 football season, your tickets will be mailed to you in August. Please take this opportunity to login to your ONE FURMAN ticket account and get familiar with it features and benefits.
Setting up your online account is easy. If you have Never logged in to your ONE FURMAN account before, please follow Steps 1, 2 and 3.
If you are a Returning One Furman season ticket holder and have logged in before, please click here "Login to Your One Furman Account" and go to Step 3.
This action will generate an email to you with a temporary password for you to use to enter your new ONE FURMAN ticket account. Once you receive your email with your temporary password, go to Step Two.
Step 2: Use your email address as your login and use the temporary password you just received to "Login to Your One Furman Account".
Once you are in your account you will see a series of blue navigation buttons at the top of your account.
Click “Update My Password” to change your password to one you will remember. You may also change your Login by clicking the "Update My Account".
Step 3: Please check all your information below the blue navigation buttons to make sure it is correct. You will want to add the credit card you plan to use. Please make sure that the primary mailing address you enter is the billing address on the credit card you have entered.
You are now ready to click the blue “Renew My Plan (s)” button and renew your season tickets. Once you click the "Renew My Plan (s)" button, you will see the Show Order button for your season tickets. Click the Show Order button. This will take you to your reserved season tickets and Paladin Club parking. Check to make sure your seat location and number of seats is correct and then click the "Claim Tickets" button to claim your seats and parking space.
Purple Lot Patrons: Please note that the parking location listed in your account is your spot from last season. If you have requested a parking reassignment it will NOT be reflected in your account information. Final parking assignments are made by late July for the upcoming fall season. If you are current on your Paladin Club membership for the year 2016-17, the ticket system will allow you to renew your season tickets. If you need to bring your Paladin Club membership current the ticketing system will prompt you to renew your membership as you renew your seats. Step 4: The system will ask you to click "Submit Cart" and then "Submit Order". You are now ready to complete your order.
In order to receive your 2017 Football Season Tickets, we will be offering four options. Once you reserve your tickets, please select the "Delivery Type" of your choice. You can select Pick Up at Fan Fest at Fluor Field in the West End on August 18th ($0.00) or mailed after August 18 USPS ($5) or Print at Home after September 5 ($0.00) or Mobile on your smartphone ($0.00).
Then click "Submit Order" to renew your seats. Once you renew, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your season tickets are now in your account. If you chose to have your tickets mailed to you, those tickets will be mailed after August 18. Tickets are available for Print at Home after August 18.
Mobile tickets appear and are available on your phone on game day.
