DURHAM, N.C. -- The Furman men's tennis team competed this weekend at the ITA Carolina Regionals in Durham, N.C. Paladin junior Sawyer Duncan defeated Wesley Moran of Clemson 6-3, 5-7, 7-1 in the second round of singles, before dropping a 6-1, 1-6, 7-6(3) third-round match to Orcun Seyrek of UNC Greensboro, the eighth ranked singles player in the tournament.

Also in second round singles action, Jared Pinsky of Duke defeated Furman freshman Andrew Mellow 6-2, 6-2, and Charlotte's Charlie Martin-LeCamp beat Paladin junior Andrei Chvetsov 6-3, 6-4.
