Prep/Personal: Bobby Browning played under coach Charles Nelson at West Florence High, where he played in the no. 1 singles and doubles positions for five years and led the team to two state titles. A four-time all-state selection, Browning won the individual state championship and was honored as an All-American his senior season. He is a member of the National Honor Society and won the 2009 Wilton McKinney scholarship, which is given annually to the top junior player in S.C. Bobby was born on March 5, 1991 in Augsburg, Germany. He is the son of John and Lynda Browning. His brother-in-law, Andrew Mazzoni, graduated from Furman in 2001. He plans to major in pre-medicine.
