GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Furman men's tennis team will entertain USC Upstate at the Mickel Tennis Center on Wednesday.  First serve is set for 3 p.m.

Over the years, Furman has been very successful on its home court. Over the past 15 seasons the Paladins have lost only 28 matches on their home court, posting an impressive record of 126-28 since 2002.

Furman enters Wednesday's match with an 11-4 overall record after beating Rollins, 4-3, and Valparaiso, 7-0, during the team's spring break trip to Florida last week.

Upstate is 3-10 after losing to Troy, 4-1, on Monday in Spartanburg.  The Spartans defeated UNC Asheville, 5-2, last week, and hold wins over Queens and Eastern Washington.

The match marks the fifth meeting between the Paladins and the Spartans.  Furman holds a 3-1 series advantage after defeating USC Upstate, 4-3, last season in Greenville.
