2002: Started and competed in 14 matches for the Paladins in goal...recorded a 0.63 goals against average in 1280 minutes of play...notched nine shutouts on the season...goals against average of 0.63 ranked eighth nationally in NCAA Division I...was the goalkeeper for eight matches of Furman's NCAA-record setting 11 match shutout streak...went 846 minutes in between goals allowed (from October 2 through December 1), which is fourth best all-time in NCAA Division I history...held South Carolina, UNCG, Loyola (Md.), and VCU scoreless...tallied a 13-1 record in his 14 starts...made 11 saves in regulation and two in the penalty kick shootout to propel Furman past eighth-seeded Virginia Commonwealth in the second round of the NCAA Tournament...recognized in Sports Illustrated Faces In The Crowd for this role in Furman's NCAA-record shutout streak...played a key role in extending Furman's SoCon unbeaten streak to an NCAA record 43 matches...helped lead Furman to a 19-3-1 overall record, an appearance in the third round of the NCAA Tournament, and a final national ranking of eighth by Soccer America.
