The Furman men's soccer team continues its spring schedule on Saturday when it plays at Bob Jones University. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Alumni Stadium with pregame activities set to begin at 6:15 p.m.
The Furman University men's soccer team has added seven newcomers for the 2010 season, it was announced on Friday afternoon by Paladin head coach Doug Allison.
Less than 48 hours after sophomore soccer player Fabien Vorbe returned to Furman University from Port-au-Prince, Haiti his world was turned upside down. A massive earthquake hit his country Jan. 12, killing hundreds of thousands of people and leaving even more homeless. For several days, Vorbe was unable to get in touch with his mother.
