SoCon Championship Results 
Florence, S.C. -- Furman (286-286-300=872) posted a final round 300 to finish in fourth place while junior Daniel Bowden (71-70-73=214) used a one-over 73 on Tuesday to claim a share of eighth at the Southern Conference Men’s Golf Championships at the par-72 Country Club of South Carolina.
Bowden notched five birdies on the round, including four on the front nine, to secure a top 10 finish. Freshman Anthony Aloi (70-74-73=217) also carded a final round 73 as he claimed a share of 13th place at one-over par for the 54-hole tournament.
Chattanooga (279-287-286=852) held on to take a two-stroke victory over second place Georgia Southern (278-292-284=854) who grabbed a brief lead on the back nine before settling for the runner-up finish. Western Carolina, Furman and Wofford rounded out the top five.
Georgia Southern’s Drew Lethem (66-72-72=210) took individual medalist honors at six-under par finishing one shot ahead of Western Carolina’s Tanner Briele (69-71-71=211) and Chattanooga’s Fredrik Qvicker (69-72-70=211).
