Hilton Head, S.C. -- The Furman men's golf team carded a final round 303 to claim a sixth place finish at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate Tuesday in Hilton Head, S.C.

Freshman Braden List fired a final round 76 to finish as Furman's top individual at 11-over par for the 54-hole tournament. List, who shot 77 in the the opening round and 74 in Monday's second round, claimed a share of 14th.

Matt Hayes and Garland Ferrell were the Paladins' top performers on Tuesday morning shooting three-over par 75. Jonathan Bowden (76-77-77=230) registered a 23rd place finish.

Chattanooga posted a three-round total of 897 to claim team honors while Matt Van Sickle of Marquette took individual honors at three-under par for the tournament.

The Paladins return to action March 12-13, at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in Aiken, S.C.
