Community College before transferring to Furman prior to the start of 2004 spring practice...spent the 2001 and 2002 seasons at Georgetown (D.C.) University...began his post secondary education at The Lawrencevville (N.J.) Prep School. 2004 -- Had two carries for one yard versus Presbyterian (52-7 win) in his only action of the season.

High School: 2000 graduate of Lake Highland Preparatory School...played fullback under Tim Borcky...rushed for over 5,000 yards and 60 touchdowns...ran for 2,300 yards and 23 touchdowns in 1999, his senior year on the way to leading his team to a third straight district championship...was named 1998 Florida AA Player-of-the-Year and was a Florida Mr. Football finalist as a junior after rolling up 2,000 yards and 27 touchdowns...helped pace Lake Highland to a school record 13 straight wins that season...twice earned first team all-central Florida and all-state honors...was a second place finisher in state weightlifting competition and four-time district champion in the discus.
