GREEENVILLE, S.C. -- Furman's Oct. 30 road football game versus Appalachian State will be televised in the Upstate by WMYA "My 40," it was announced today. Kickoff for the contest at ASU's Kidd Brewer Stadium has been set for 3:35 p.m. ET.
In addition to being broadcast by My40, which serves the Greenville, Spartaburg, Anderson, and Asheville markets, the contest will be also be carried by WMYV in Greensboro, N.C., and WLFL in Raleigh, N.C.
Calling the play-by-play will be Chuck Hussion, the "Voice of the Paladins," and former Paladins Corey Stewart and David Cobb will serve as color analyst and sideline reporter, respectively.
The addition of the Furman-Appalachian State game to the television schedule gives the Paladins four TV appearances this fall. Other games scheduled for broadcast include Sept. 18 vs. South Carolina (PPV), Oct. 16 vs. Samford (SportSouth), and Nov. 6 vs. Western Carolina (CSS).
