Bostain, Diagne Named All-Southern Conference

North Charleston, S.C. - Furman seniors Robby Bostain and Moussa Diagne were selected to the 10-member All-Southern Conference team by the league's 11 coaches, it was announced on Wednesday.

Bostain, a 6-foot-6 forward, has averaged 12.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game while ranking fifth in the SoCon connecting on 79.1% of his attempts at the foul line.  He ranks 19^th on Furman's career scoring list with 1,367 points, fifth on the all-time steals chart with 174 and eighth on the all-time assists ledger with 361.  The Duluth, Ga., product was an all-league pick by the media last season.

Diagne, a 6-foot-8 product of Thies, Senegal, earned coaches' All-Southern Conference accolades for the second straight season.  The forward ranks 23^rd on Furman's career scoring list with 1,251 points, and he has averaged 13.1 points and 4.6 boards per game this season.

Furman, 14-15, open play in the Southern Conference Men's Basketball Championships with a quarterfinal round matchup against fourth-seeded UNC Greensboro at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
