Greenville, S.C. -- The Furman men's basketball team looks to claim its fifth straight victory on Sunday when it travels to Trask Coliseum in Wilmington, N.C., to take on CAA member UNC Wilmington.

Tip-off for Sunday's contest is set for 2 p.m. and the game will be streamed live through Stretch Internet at

Sunday's game marks just the second meeting between the Paladins and Seahawks on the hardwood. UNCW captured a 72-61 victory over the Paladins in the only previous encounter on December 30, 2011, at Trask Coliseum behind 20 points from Adam Smith. Bryant Irwin and Charlie Reddick scored 11 points apiece for Furman in the loss.

The Paladins enter Sunday at 8-3 and winners of four straight after rolling to a 103-47 victory over NAIA member Montreat on Thursday evening at Timmons Arena. Sophomore Jordan Lyons poured in a career-high 19 points in the finale of a five-game homestand, while senior Daniel Fowler totaled 14 points, six rebounds and six assists to move within 25 points of reaching the 1,000-point plateau. Junior Matt Rafferty notched his Southern Conference-best third double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Furman's 103 points were the most since a 126-33 victory over Virginia Intermont at Timmons Arena on December 29, 2004, and gave the program back-to-back 100-point games for the first time since December of 2004. The Paladins 27 assists marked the most for a Furman team this season and gave Furman three consecutive games with 20 or more assists and 10 or more steals.

Senior Devin Sibley, who moved into 14th on Furman's career scoring ledger with 12 points on Thursday, continues to pace the Paladins averaging 14.9 points per game. Point guard John Davis III has averaged 13 per contest, while Fowler has added 12.3 per outing. Rafferty has contributed 11.5 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.

UNCW is 2-6 on the season and looking to rebound from a 71-58 loss at UNCG on Wednesday evening. Forward Devontae Cacok leads the Seahawks averaging 18.5 points and 12.4 rebounds per game. He tallied 22 points and 17 boards in Wednesday's road loss.
