Tickets To Friday's Furman-UNC Greensboro Baseball Game Now On Sale

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Tickets to Friday's Furman-UNC Greensboro Southern Conference baseball game at West End Field are now on sale at the Greenville Drive box office, it has been announced.

Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Season tickets holders can claim four tickets at will call on game night. Furman students with ID will be admitted free at the will call window located at the South Main Street entrance, and Furman faculty/staff will also receive tickets with ID.

Stadium gates will open at 6:00 p.m. with first pitch scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Furman has played one game at West End Field, that coming against the University of South Carolina on May 16, 2006, in front of 6,155 fans.

West End Field is the home of the Greenville Drive, the Single A minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Labeled a mini Fenway Park and located in downtown Greenville, the facility, which seats 5,000, sports a 30-foot high `Green Monster' left field fence and famous Pesky Pole down the right field line.
