2017 — Completed a successful comeback from injury sustained late in the 2015 season that forced him to miss 2016 campaign...returned to the weekend starting rotation and enjoyed solid success, going 7-4 with a 4.19 ERA...teamed with Will Gaddis (2017 MLB 4th Round Draft Selection, Colorado Rockies) to give Furman the top 1-2 starting duo in the SoCon (16-7, 2.99 ERA)...played a key role in Furman winning a school record 33 games (33-28) and going 14-10 in SoCon play, including 13-2 over its final 15 league games...went 4-0 with a 0.71 ERA in his final five starts, with his last start (8.0 IP, 9 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 5 K) headlining in a 6-1 SoCon Tournament win over regular season champion Mercer...performance versus Mercer netted his All-SoCon Tournament honors...displayed stupendous control, issuing only 11 walks in his 96 2/3 innings of work...was particularly effective over his final seven starts, walking just one batter and fanning 40 (50 2/3 innings)...had one span of 41 2/3 IP (6 starts from Apr. 8 - May 19) without a walk...reached 3-ball counts on just 18 of 199 BF over his final six starts...won his first three starts: Dayton (9-7), Monmouth (12-5 win), and Tenn.-Martin (11-3 win)...enjoyed a 7-1 lead at Western Carolina before play was halted after six innings...was not effective upon return to the mound in the seventh but Furman managed to win 8-7 en route to a series sweep of the Catamounts that ignited the Paladins’ 13-2 stretch run versus the SoCon...outdueled The Citadel’s J.P. Sears to earn the win (7.0 IP, 9 H, 2 R, 1 ER , 0 BB, 5 K) in a 4-2 triumph on Apr. 29 and threw a complete game, 92-pitch effort (9.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4K) in the Paladins’ 3-2 win over Samford on May 6 — a contest that took just 1:50 and gave Furman the twinbill sweep of the Bulldogs...proved dominant (7.0 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 8 K) in a 4-1 win over VMI...followed that with seven innings (6H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K) in 6-0 shutout of Belmont...posted the second best season strikeouts/walk ratio in Furman history (5.45).

2016 — Sat out the season due to ongoing rehabilitation efforts associated with a season ending injury sustained late in the 2015 campaign.

2015 — Enjoyed a solid freshman season until suffering a torn UCL (ulnar collateral ligament) in early May, ending his season...underwent Tommy John surgery and will miss the 2016 campaign...finished the year with a 3-2 record and 6.06 ERA...showed promise in his third appearance (4.0 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 2 BB) in relief in 9-8 loss at UNC Asheville...fashioned a memorable first start (9.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 7 K), beating Gardner-Webb in a 10-0 shutout on the road to earn SoCon Pitcher of the Week honors...improved to 2-0 with solid performance (7.0 IP, 7 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 4 K) in an 8-4 win over Mercer...also earned the win (7.0 IP, 7 H, 0 R, 4 K) in 10-0 Furman triumph at UNCG...made three more starts before exiting the ETSU game (May 2) in the third inning with season ending injury.
