2017 — Fashioned a solid first season at Furman, serving as the Paladins’ backup catcher to Cameron Whitehead and also a late season starter at first base following a season ending injury to All-SoCon performer Brandon Elmy...registered action in 39 games and made 33 starts, including 17 at catcher, 10 as designated hitter, and six at first base...hit .314 with five home runs and 21 RBI...went 1-for-4 with an RBI and scored two runs in his first game (start at dh) as a Paladin against Presbyterian (6-0 win)...homered in his first two at bats, including a grand slam (2x5, 5 RBI, 2 runs) in 10-7 loss to Butler...doubled, homered and scored three runs in a 4-for-4 performance in series clinching win versus N.C.
