2004-05: Earned All-Southern Conference honors in cross country for the second straight year after finishing second at the SoCon Championships in 25:38.89... Notched first place finishes at The Citadel (season-best 25:18.69) and Winthrop Invitationals and placed second at the Furman invitational... Recorded a 32nd place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regionals... Tallied two second place results in 5,000m at the Wake Forest Opener and FU Invitational...
