Senior Year (2009-10):Cross Country: Once again earned All SoCon 2nd Team honors by placing 11th at the conference championships at Elon with a seasonal best 5K time of 18:59 . . . placed among top ten four times . . . 129th at NCAA Southeast Regional XC Championships with 6K time of 23:08 . . . ran 4K personal best of 14:44 for 5th place at ASICS/Winthrop Fall Classic. Indoor track: opened 2010 season with a 18:43 5,000 meter effort at East Tennessee State University. Improved seasonal best for 5,000 with a time of 18:21.9 at Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational. . . placed second in 3,000 meters at the Tiger Tune Up in 10:35.05 . . . placed 7th in SoCon Indoor Championship 5,000 with 18:01.
Junior Year (2008-09):Cross Country: Placed 4th at The Citadel Invitational and then ran seasonal best of 18:37 for 5K in placing 12th at Southern Conference Cross Country Championships earning 2nd Team All SoCon honors. Indoor Track: Ran 10:29.7 for 3000 meters and 18:19.8 for 5000 meters. Outdoor Track: placed 5th at Furman Invitational 5000 in 18:47.
Sophomore Year (2007-08): Competed in outdoor 3,000m run, recording a team-best time of 10:31.98 at the 2008 Kentucky Invite...also competed in the outdoor 5,000m run, recording a personal best and team best time of 17:19.03...in cross country, qualified for the NCAA Regionals where she ran a 22:48.45 in the 6K.
Freshman Year (2006-07): Competed in indoor and outdoor 3,000m run...posted a best time of 10:22.36 at the 2007 Clemson Indoor Invitational...also competed in the indoor one-mile run, recording a best time of 5:16 at the 2007 ETSU Invitational...as a cross country athlete, recorded a career-best time at the 2006 SoCon Championships with a mark of 18:08.66 in the 5K...also competed in the 2006 NCAA Southeastern Cross Country Regionals.
High School: Cross country team won conference, finished second in the region and fourth in the state as a senior...placed second in state in the 3200m and 1,600m run and earned third place in the state in the 4x800m relay as a senior...as a junior, cross country team won conference and earned the region title...state champion in 3200m and 4x800m relay as a junior...conference and region champion in 3200m as a sophomore...academic all-conference member.
