Freshman Callahan Named Southern Conference Runner of the Week

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Southern Conference Cross Country Coaches selected Jenna Callahan the Women's Runner of the Week for October 8.
Callahan, a freshman from Fort Mill, S.C., finished third overall of 366 runners at the Walt Disney World Classic. She ran a 18:05.66, which is sixth best in the conference. Callahan led Furman to a fourth place team finish of 44 teams.
Callahan has been the team's top finisher in three of their four meets so far this season.
