Sophomore Year (2009-10):Cross Country: Returning from injury only competed in three cross country events for the Paladins . . . ran seasonal best of 20:12 for 5K and a personal best of 15:22 for 4K. Indoor track: posted a time of 11:17.06 for 3,000 meters at SoCon Indoor Meet. . .Outdoor track: ran 11:47.19 for 3000 meter Steeplechase at the Alabama Relays. . . placed second at Furman Invitational in 3,000-meter Steeplechase with personal best of 11:27.92. . . recovered from fall in waterjump to place 5th in SoCon Outdoor Championship 3,000-meter Steeplechase with time of 11:35.54.
