Junior Year (2009-10): Cross Country:Earned 2nd Team All-SoCon honors with ninth place finish at SoCon Cross Country Championships at Elon with seasonal best 8K time of 25:41. . . led the Paladins at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet with a time of 31:51 for 49th place . . . also set personal best for 6K of 18:27 in winning the ASICS/Winthrop Fall Classic. . . was named SoCon runner of the week on three different occasions . . . also won the Elon Invitational and The Citadel Invitational . . . won South Carolina Collegiate XC individual title in SC State meet at Furman Invitational. . .Indoor track: opened the 2010 season with a then collegiate personal record of 15:27 for 5,000 meters at East Tennessee State University. Improved personal best at 5,000 meters to 15:13.7 at Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational and doubled back with a personal best of 8:46.68 for 3,000 meters. . .lowered personal best for 3,000 meters with a 8:38.94 for second place at the Tiger Tune Up . . . ran new personal best of 14:58.55 for 5,000 at SoCon Indoor Championships. . . Outdoor track: won Furman Invitational 5,000-meters with an outdoor personal best of 15:12.75. . . earned All-SoCon honors with third place finish at SoCon Outdoor Championship with time of 31:45.99 and doubled back the next day with 8th place finish in 5,000 meters.

Sophomore Year (2008-09):Cross Country:Earned 2nd Team All-SoCon honors with personal best of 25:19.6 for 8K, which was good for 8th at SoCon XC Championships . . . was first Paladin finisher at NCAA Regional meet with 81st place finish in 32:56.2. . . Indoor track: placed 5th in 3,000 at SoCon Indoor Championships . . . ran seasonal best of 9:12.83 for 3,000. . . Outdoor track: ran 15:42.83 for 5,000.
