Freshman Year (2008-09): In Cross Country, won The Citadel Invitational with a 5K time of 19:09 before earning All SoCon 2nd team honors with 10th place finish at the Southern Conference XC Championship with a personal best of 18:26.49 (5K) . . . also ran personal best of 23:12.5 for 6K at NCAA Regional Championships . . . Indoor track: ran 10:44.9 for 3000 meters . . . Outdoor track: won the Furman Invitational 5000 with a personal best of 18:05.89 and later placed 6th at SoCon Championship 5K.
