Sophomore Year (2009-10):Cross Country: Ran new personal best for 8K of 26:17 at Eye Opener Invitational for 9th place finish . . . finished among top ten in five of seven competitions with best placing of second at ASICS/Winthrop Invitational where he ran personal best for 6K of 18:41 . . . placed 91st at NCAA Southeast Regionals with a personal best of 32:45 for 10K after placing 24th at SoCon XC Championships with 26:19 for 8K. Indoor Track: Earned all SoCon first team honors after placing 2nd in 800 meters at SoCon Championships with time of 1:56.05 and ran on 3rd place Distance Medley Relay . . .
