Junior Year (2013-14): Placed 20th with a time of 8:57.27 in the 3,000m Steeplechase national semifinals at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships…placed sixth with a time of 8:44.28 at the NCAA East Regional, shattering the school record and finishing second in his heat to qualify automatically for the semifinal race after claiming one of the top three spots in his heat…qualified for the regional meet after recording the previous Furman record of 8:58.13 to take first place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…earned All-SoCon honors for cross country, indoor, and outdoor track…honored as the Furman Team MVP for 2013-14…earned All-SoCon first team honors after leading Furman with a fourth-place finish at the SoCon XC Championships…helped the Paladin team to its first XC SoCon title since 1976…chosen SoCon Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 12 after posting a converted conference-best time of 8:16.75 in the 3,000m at the High Point Team Challenge….won both the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championship, becoming the first Furman men's track and field athlete to win two events at the league indoor meet since Bill Dimitrouleas in 1973…set a new Paladin record with a time of 8:18.06 in the 3,000m at the meet…was honored as the SoCon’s Student-Athlete of the Week for his efforts at the SoCon Indoor Championships…named to the Academic All-Conference Team for cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2012-13):  Earned All-Southern Conference first team accolades after placing seventh with a time of 24:55.5 at the league cross country championships…finished second with a time of 14:55.1 at the Gene Mullin Cross Country Invitational…placed 34th (31:04.0) at the NCAA Southeast Regional Cross Country Championships…took eighth place in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:26.04…notched a career-best time of 9:22.32 in the event at the Duke Outdoor Invitational, clinching seventh place…finished second (4:00.48) in the 1,500m at the Blue Shoes Track Outdoor Invitational…a member of the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year (2011-12):  Named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman team during the cross country, indoor (mile), and outdoor  (1,500m and 3,000m Steeple) seasons…garnered All-Southern Conference accolades after leading the Paladins with a 12th-place finish at the league cross country championships…posted an 8K season-best 24:52.62 time on the SoCon course…finished eighth with a time of 26:56 at the Gene Mullin Furman XC Invitational…recorded a 16th-place finish (25:35.3) at the Blue Ridge Open and a 17th-place finish (26:48) at the Eye Opener XC Invitational…earned All-Southern Conference honors as a member of the Paladin DMR team that placed third with a time of 10:01.35 at the league indoor meet…placed fifth with a season-best time of 4:13.95 in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships…finished second in the mile at the ETSU indoor meet…took third place with a time of 15:33.76 in the 5,000m at the Dick Taylor Invitational…a member of the Paladin 4x1,500m relay team that established a new Furman record with a time of 15:47.52 at the Raleigh Outdoor Relays…won his section of the 1,500m with a season-best time of 3:51.26 at the same meet…posted a time of 3:55.13 in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, claiming eighth place…competed in the Blue Shoes Elite Mile at the Furman Outdoor Invitational, recording a time of 4:20.58 for ninth place…finished fourth in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the league outdoor meet after notching a time of 9:23.40…placed fourth in the Steeplechase at the Duke Outdoor Invitational with a season-best time of 9:19.02…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

High School:  Holds North Oconee school records in the 800m (1:54.8), 1600m (4:20.2), 3200m (9:47) and cross country 5K (16:04)…also a member of the school’s record-holding 4x400m team (3:22)…won the state championship in the 1600m and 3,00m his senior season…was the runner-up at the state cross country meet as a senior…took first place in the 1600m his junior year and qualified for the state meet in the 4x400m his sophomore year…finished third in the 3200m at the state championship meet as a freshman…honored as an Oconee Scholar four-consecutive years…a member of the National Honor Society.
